132 – Crown Jewel of the Rockies

It was my first time visiting British Columbia.  I spent my Christmas holiday exploring Jasper National Park and on the final day, I decided I would take a drive next door, into B.C. just to say I did.  I randomly chose Mount Robson on the map as the destination I would drive to before turning back around.  At that point I didn’t realize the genius of the decision as I was surprised to find myself standing at the base of one of the crown jewels of the Rockies, and most amazing sights I’ve ever seen.
