102 – The Trickster

The Lesser Slave Lake region of Alberta certainly offers a wide array of opportunities to view wildlife.  A Sunday drive through the provincial park towards Wabasca rewarded me with two coyote encounters, four bald eagle sightings and I even spotted my first owl in the wild.  According to some aboriginal tales in Canada, the coyote is a trickster spirit, but also a helper and healer.
